Hoop Education is a teacher-led supply agency with over 50 years of experience supporting schools across Wales. As an approved WGCD Framework supplier to Primary, Secondary, and SEN schools, we understand the unique needs of our supply workforce and the diverse expectations of each school.
Our mission is to minimise disruptions caused by staff absences, ensuring that pupils' learning continues seamlessly. Since our launch in 2018, we’ve grown from a small team in Cardiff to an established presence with locations in Cardiff and Swansea, providing jobs in education across Wales. Our dedicated operations team manages key functions like payroll and compliance, allowing us to focus on delivering bespoke, reliable solutions for every school and teacher.
