Team Manager - East Adults Learning Disabilities 

 

Pay rate between £38 -50 (dependent on Umbrella or PAYE)

We are looking for an experienced agency Team Practice and Performance Manager for a six-month period to join the Rhondda Cynon Taf East Learning Disability Team. The team works with adults with a learning disability in the East of the borough, covering roughly Pontypridd to Aberdare/ Hirwaun area. The team work remotely with one office day a week at the RCTCBC central office in Ty Elai, Williamstown, Rhondda. The team is made up of Principle Social Workers, Social Workers and Care and Support Practitioners. The worker will be joining an experienced and supportive team.

• A relevant Social Work Qualification
• Registration with Social Care Wales
• Enhanced DBS registered on the update service or be happy to apply for a DBS
• 3 Years of referencing
• Driving license with access to a car
