A Qualified Social Worker is required to join Bath and North East Somerset Council for an initial 3 month contract in their Transitions. Service. This is a full time contract offering hybrid working with 2 days based in the office in Keynsham. The majority of visits and assessments will be face to face and so access to a car is required due to how rural the area is. Pay rate for this position is £39.99 per hour Umbrella.

In this role you will be required to undertake care act assessments, support planning and MCAs for transitions service. 

To apply for this role, you will need to hold -

• A minimum of 6 months experience of working in the UK as a registered social worker
• A relevant Social Work Qualification
• Registration with Social Care Wales / Social Work England
• Enhanced DBS, registered on the update service or be happy to apply for a DBS
• 3 Years of referencing 
• Driving license with access to a car
