Description
We are working on a fantastic opportunity for a HR Business Partner to join a well established organisation based in West wales in the Health and Care sector. This is a full time, permanent position with flexible working. If you are looking for your next step in you HR career with an impressive ER back ground, then please do not hesitate to get in-touch. 

Location: West wales
Salary: £30,00-£33,000
Permanent, Full time 

Responsibilities 
  • Providing HR advice to all employees 
  • Carrying out high volume ER casework 
  • Monitoring absence and sickness 
  • Supporting all employees with any HR related queries 
  • Supporting and liaising with managers
  • Developing relationships with key stakeholders 
Experience/skills:
  • CIPD Level 7 qualified 
  • Honest and reliable 
  • Looking to progress in their career
