Registered General Nurse (RGN)

Swansea

 

Hoop Nursing are looking for a Registered General Nurse to work in private nursing homes across Swansea. The RGN will be integrated immediately into the team, supporting the staff to manage and enhance the care delivered to residents. You will be responsible for care planning and review, medication administration and other such tasks that contribute to the wellbeing of the residents in your care.

Responsibilities:

  • Taking responsibility for supporting the registered manager and nursing team to run the service
  • Establishing professional relationships with the service users
  • Supporting the staff team
  • Assessing, planning, delivering and evaluating nursing care
  • Support therapeutic interventions as appropriate on an individual basis
  • Prepare care plans and review
