Hoop Recruitment are looking for support workers to work in the Cardiff area, supporting adults with learning disabilities within a 24 hour residential setting. The role will comprise of promoting independence, providing support in the community and working to underpin an individuals' journey to recovery. Full and Part Time roles are available.

  • Support clients with daily activities, i.e. personal care, support in the community, cooking, cleaning, etc.

  • Calm and collected in pressurised situations
  • Previous experience as a support worker within a care environment
  • Able to work a shift pattern on a rolling rota
  • Flexibility with working hours
  • Excellent communication skills
