Description

We are working on behalf of our Cardiff based client in the care sector. Our client is looking for an experienced Recruitment Administrator to join their busy, tight knit team.

This is a this is a 15 month FTC. Our client is looking for someone with strong communication skills and the confidence to conduct challenging conversations, carry out pre-screen interviews and all recruitment administrative duties.

This role will be office based with the flexibility of home working if needed. The main objective of this role will be to provide a professional, confidential, and an overall smooth process throughout the candidates journey.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the whole recruitment process
  • Carrying out pre employment checks 
  • Creating and advertising job vacancies on various job boards
  • Update social media platforms on open vacancies
  • Arranging interviews
  • Liaising with line managers regarding recruitment needs
  • Maintaining the recruitment tracker
  • Running weekly/monthly/yearly reports on the organisations recruitment activity
  • Making sure new starters are up to date
