Role: Recruitment Coordinator

Salary: £24k + benefits

Shift pattern: Monday - Friday 8.30am-5.00pm (City Road, Cardiff, CF24 3DL)

Hoop Recruitment is one of the leading Recruitment Agencies in Wales, supporting clients and candidates find the right match across Education, Nursing and Healthcare, Social Work and Professional Services sectors. 

Hoop Nursing & Healthcare specialises in placing great candidates into both emergency cover, and longer-term bookings in the independent and public sectors. Due to continued growth, we are searching for a hard-working team player to join our Nursing & Healthcare division, specifically the Mental Health team, to support with the placement of compliant candidates into temporary work, that works around their commitments.

Hoop Nursing & Healthcare are a long-standing team, and we hold each other to account for deadlines and commitments. We do this to better our service, and support development. With these high expectations, comes a lot of fun when we hit milestones and exceed minimum expectations.

Working with an experienced and established team, your role will include:

  • speaking with clients, listening and understanding the needs and wants, and supporting them to successfully match people into the right roles
  • supporting clients with filling shifts and vacancies for nurses and support workers, ensuring we supply fully compliant and suitable candidates to the relevant jobs
  • speaking with candidates, listening to them and supporting them to find the right work for their skills, circumstances and work/life balance
  • obtaining the necessary compliance documentation in line with current legislation
  • supporting the Recruitment Consultants with tasks relative to the team
  • deliver excellent customer service in line with Hoop's expectations and values
Recruitment experience is not necessary, but a strong work ethic is.

You will have exceptional communication skills and be able to speak to candidates and clients face to face, on the telephone and via email.
