Salary: £11.44 per hour

Job Description:

Hoop Recruitment, on behalf of our client, is looking for a reliable and organised Receptionist to join their team. This role is key to ensuring the smooth operation and security of the premises. The successful candidate will manage emails, coordinate room bookings, and handle key handovers with efficiency and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promptly handle and respond to emails.
  • Book rooms using Calendly.
  • Manage key handovers and maintain security protocols.
  • Oversee the safety and control access for individuals entering the premises.
Shift Details:

Can choose from:

  • Morning Shift: 7 AM to 3 PM 
  • Evening Shift: 1 PM to 9 PM 
Requirements:

  • Valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check required.
  • Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
