Nurse (Peripatetic Home Manager)
Hoop Recruitment are looking for a Peripatetic Home Manager to support nursing homes across the area of Somerset. 

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a large healthcare organisation, with a reputation of driving career progression and delivering high standards of care. This organisation prides itself on promoting independence and choice whilst delivering high quality, individually tailored care that adapts to the needs of the residents. The successful applicant will provide a peripatetic service to the homes across Somerset and assume responsibility for services that temporarily are without a Home Manager. Duties include leading and supporting the staff team to maintain and progress the service, manage and control budgets, manage recruitment and training whilst striving towards a centre of excellence.

The successful candidate will have experience of managing nursing homes and have an extensive catalogue of clinical experience with a sound understanding of regulations, and the ability to develop strong and transparent professional relationships with outside agencies.

  • Comprehensive understanding of regulations and frameworks
  • Strong leader with ability to sell a vision to the team
  • Exceptional relationship building skills
