I am working with a company based in Swansea who are looking for a Payroll & Finance Assistant to join them on a permanent basis. You would report directly to the Finance Manager and duties would include:
- Processing weekly and monthly payroll
- Expense processing
- Bank reconciliations
- Processing purchase ledger invoices
- Making supplier payments
- Raising sales invoices
- Basic credit control duties
- Petty cash
The role is 37 hour per week, and they need someone hands on, not afraid to get involved with other areas of the business and someone who wants to help them develop as an organisation.
