We are working on a fantastic opportunity for a HR Assistant or HR Administrator who is ambitious and eager to support a very busy HR team. Out client is a market leader in what they do, they have a large operation that spans across the UK and a sizable work force to match.
The HR Assistant role is an important position that will see you support the HR team from their Cardiff office. This is a full time and permanent position that offers future progression in a business that’s growing and diversifying.
As the HR Assistant you will support a qualified HR team in their day to day activity. You will be managing external and internal HR related correspondence, attending and taking minutes during HR meetings (disciplinaries, grievances etc) Dealing with low level HR queries, managing and tracking absence and sickness and managing administration.
Essentially this client requires a candidate who is eager to pursue a career within HR. Perhaps you have a CIPD Level 3 qualification or have plans to study when you secure the right Permanent role. If you have some of the experience but not all of the experience my client is looking for we would welcome your application, this client will provide training to cover skills gaps. A positive attitude, eagerness to learn and desire to support the HR team, with some HR experience is the essential to this client.
