Graduate Paralegal (Professional Indemnity)

I am working with a leading international law firm who are looking for enthusiastic, driven and confident graduates to join their team as paralegals in their Professional Indemnity Insurance Team.

This opportunity is amazing for graduates looking for their first stepping stone into law and this well-known, highly respected firm will be a strong addition to any CV. They will provide full training and support to lift your legal career off the ground.

Responsibilities include:

· Managing your own case load of claims up to £250,000.

· Conduct case reviews and establish a strategy for the case.

· Draft correspondences.

· Negotiate settlements, conduct rebuttals and or decline cover.

· Build and maintain client relationships and communication.

· Instruct experts effectively

· Use of case management systems

· Keep to compliance protocols

· Record keeping, file management and other tasks as instructed.

Person Spec:

· Law graduate.

· Excellent academic background (GCSE up to Degree level).

· Good IT knowledge including Word and Excel.

· Strong communicator.

· Detail oriented.

· Excellent time management skills.
