from £19,000 - £30,000 + performance related bonus + extensive benefitsHoop Recruitment are a multi-divisional agency that specialise in Education, Healthcare, Social Work and Professional Services recruitment. Due to continued growth, Hoop are searching for for an exceptional individual to join their Education team, on the established primary desk.
Working with an experienced team you will be responsible for:
- Attraction and identifying top talent for local schools
- Getting staff ready for work
- Fulfilment of schools requirements
- Maximising business opportunities through outstanding customer service
Ideally you will have a background in recruitment, however if you are able to demonstrate a naturally persuasive manner, have great eye for detail, and be able to work to targets then we`d love to hear from you.
You will have exceptional communication skills (face to face, on the telephone and via email) and have a drive to succeed.
