Support Worker

£9.72 per hour + benefits

 

Hoop Social Care are supporting a leading supported living provider to recruiting for a Support Worker based in Torfaen. As a Support Worker you will be responsible for supporting vulnerable adults with complex care needs, including Autism to live fulfilling lives and to promote independence.
