Description

I am working with a well known organisation who are looking for an administrator to join their team on an 8 week temporary contract.

The role will be assisting two of their departments with all round business support across areas such as finance, stock control, office management, facilities and health and safety. 

Responsibilities include: 

  • Front of house responsibilities like greeting people into the business and signing them in. 
  • Ensure there is adequate stock, ordering when required, collecting from couriers and storing in appropriate locations.
  • Maintain and updating databases ensuring GDPR compliance
  • Distribute weekly timesheets and keep up to date with absences and sickness 
  • Process invoices and chase late or unpaid invoices effectively
  • Manage the petty cash 
  • Book hire vehicles 
  • Perform health and safety checks including fire exit inspection 

Person specification: 

  • Office administration and finance experience 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Attention to detail 
  • Highly organised 
  • Strong IT skills
