Hoop Social Care are recruiting for a Registered Home Manager to run a 6 bed Mental Health Service in the Carmarthenshire area. This is a full time permanent position, 37.5hrs per week, Monday to Friday. The service supports 6 individuals with complex mental health needs. The successful manager will provide strategic leadership to the home, with responsibility for all day to day management duties such as client care, staffing, finance, administration and ensuring compliance with CSSIW regulations.

Person Specification:

  • Relevant management qualification (NVQ 4, QCF level 5)
  • Registered or able to register with the CSSIW
  • Able to work independently
  • Effective time management skills
  • Committed to quality and best practice
  • Driving licence and access to own vehicle
  • Awareness of CSSIW regulations



  • Day to day management duties such as client care, staffing, finance, administration and ensuring compliance with CSSIW regulations.
  • Comply with the companies’ quality assurance system and deliver on agreed upon business plan
  • Supervise a busy staff team and delivering exceptional service
  • Passionate about people and keen to make a difference
