Team Co-ordinator
Location: Cardiff
Salary: Circa £27,000
Hours: Full-time
Working Pattern: Hybrid

They are now seeking a Team Co-ordinator to provide high-quality administrative support across a variety of internal projects and corporate activities.

About the Role
This is a varied and rewarding administrative position, supporting the smooth running of day-to-day operations. You will manage correspondence, coordinate meetings, support internal communications, and act as a key point of contact for a wide range of stakeholders. The post requires someone who is confident working independently, highly organised, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage correspondence, emails, phone calls, and general enquiries

  • Plan, coordinate, and minute meetings (internal and external)

  • Maintain and update accurate records, databases, and files

  • Prepare itineraries and organise travel arrangements

  • Support project coordination, including budgets, purchase orders, and invoices

  • Liaise with a range of internal and external stakeholders

  • Assist in organising and supporting internal/external events and hybrid sessions

  • Input and maintain data on internal systems (training provided)

  • Deliver consistently high standards of customer service and administrative support

About You

  • Bilingual in Welsh and English (written and spoken)

  • Proven experience in a fast-paced administrative or coordination role

  • Highly organised with excellent time management and communication skills

  • IT literate with confidence using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)

  • Able to work proactively and independently, with a strong attention to detail

  • Confident liaising with a range of stakeholders with professionalism and diplomacy

  • Calm under pressure and comfortable balancing competing deadlines

  • A team player with a positive, can-do attitude and commitment to high standards
