✅ What We’re Looking For:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
• Classroom experience in a Primary setting
• EWC registered (or happy to register)
• Strong classroom management and adaptability
• A genuine passion for teaching and child development
• Flexibility to work across different schools within RCT
