🎯 What You'll Be Doing:

  • Leading pre-set lessons and ensuring students stay on task
  • Encouraging discussion and positive classroom behaviour
  • Handling any challenges calmly and professionally
  • Being a positive role model for learners
  • Feeding back to teachers and collecting completed work


✅ What You’ll Need:

  • 6+ months of experience working with children or vulnerable adults
  • A valid enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Registration with the Education Workforce Council (or willingness to register)
  • A calm, confident, and approachable attitude
  • Strong communication and organisation skills
