- Description
- We are searching for an Occupational Therapist for a service for individuals with complex needs, learning disabilities and long-term illnesses.
You will be working with a dynamic, rapidly developing company that provided rehabilitative and therapeutic care to its service users. You will be covering a caseload across the South Wales area and offering support in several homes within the service.
You will be providing an individualised treatment plans to cover all Activities of Daily Living for service users with ever changing needs. You will manage your own caseload and have the ability to work independently.
The successful candidate will be working with a dynamic company that provides care and rehabilitation for service users with acquired brain injuries, dementia, learning disabilities and mental illnesses. You will be working alongside a strong team who are passionate about promoting enablement and dignity in their services
