Nurse (RGN, RMN, RNLD)

Bridgend

£14.50 - £16.00 per hour + allowances

 

Hoop Nursing are looking for a qualified nurse (RGN, RMN, RNLD) to work within an elderly care home in the Bridgend area. The aim of this role is to work with older people with complex care needs.  This is a full time position, based on 37.5hrs per week, shifts are 12hrs (days or nights). Applications from newly qualified nurses are welcome.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer Medication
  • Establishing relationships with the service users
  • Supporting the staff team
  • Assessing, planning, delivering and evaluating nursing care
  • Care planning and accurate record keeping
  • Prepare written reports for clinical reviews
